I. Website Transparency

Through the website (_) customers are offered the opportunity to purchase Bioglow Cosmetics products.

To avoid any confusion, only the products explicitly listed on the website are available for purchase.

The website (_) is a closed-circuit platform, dedicated exclusively to the sale of products by Bioglow Cosmetics S.R.L. It is not available to third-party merchants, whether individuals or legal entities, for the listing or selling of their own products.

II. Sales Process on the Website (_)

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer agrees to the communication methods (email, SMS, phone) used by the Seller to operate the site.

The Seller will notify the Buyer with distinct messages regarding the registration (receipt) and confirmation of the order. The mere registration of an order online, or any related phone or written conversations, do not constitute a binding confirmation and do not signify the conclusion of a distance sales contract.

If the Seller explicitly confirms the order, this implies full acceptance of its terms. The order is considered accepted when a written confirmation (email or SMS) is sent by the Seller to the Buyer — no acknowledgment from the Buyer is required.

The order is valid only after the Seller confirms product availability, price, and the specifications of the requested items.

The final contract will be accompanied by the warranty certificate, fiscal invoice, and product usage instructions, issued by the Seller.

III. Placing an Order

To place an order, the Client must:

• Register on the website with a unique username and password;

• Select the desired products;

• Accept the Terms and Conditions of the online store https://www.(_).ro;

• Click the "Add to Cart" button. In the “My Cart” section, the client can review the selected products and modify quantities;

• Confirm the purchase intention by clicking "Place Order."

Once the order is completed, the Client will receive a written confirmation from the Seller confirming the availability, price, and specifications of the ordered products and/or services.

Order confirmation will be sent via (_) (email/SMS).

IV. Contract Price

The contract price is the sale price of the products, as included in the order confirmed by the Seller. However, the Seller notes that due to possible technical issues or errors, the price displayed on the website may not always be correct. In such cases, the Seller will notify the Buyer of the correct price, which will be included in the final order confirmation.

Promotional Offer – refers to any campaign run by the Seller that offers price reductions for certain product categories during specific timeframes. All campaign details (duration, eligible products, discount conditions) are defined in the rules of each campaign.

Discount Code – refers to a code offered to customers during promotional campaigns, valid for a limited time. It may or may not be combined with other promotional offers and is applied at checkout by entering it into the designated field.
