I. Payment Methods

The Contract price can be paid using one of the following methods, depending on the customer's preference:

• Online card payment (personal or company card), under full security conditions, without any additional transaction fees. Payments are processed via EuPlatesc;

• Bank transfer (based on the proforma invoice issued by the Seller);

• Cash on delivery (payment is made in RON according to the Contract price and will be collected by the courier upon delivery).
  Please note: cash on delivery is not available for orders exceeding 5,000 RON (legal entities) or 10,000 RON (individuals) including VAT.

II. Product Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client in the order form, using a courier service.
If an order contains multiple products with different delivery times, a single delivery will be made within the estimated timeframe established by the Seller, based on availability shown on the website at the time of ordering.

Products are delivered in their original, sealed packaging and are insured throughout the transportation process, up until delivery. All products are shipped in packaging designed to ensure safe transport.

Upon delivery, the Buyer is required to unpack and check the products both quantitatively and qualitatively, based on their labeling.

The Seller will notify the Buyer of the estimated delivery time, which shall not exceed 30 days from the order confirmation date. If delivery times are affected by external entities (e.g., carriers), the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer of any changes (in accordance with Art. 18, paragraph 1 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014).

If the Seller is unable to fulfill the Contract due to product unavailability, the Buyer will be informed, and any payments made for the unavailable product will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days.

Delivery times are displayed on the website for each product and may vary. However, the Seller reserves the right to unilaterally modify delivery times in the event of transport delays caused by factors beyond their control or due to interventions by authorities during transport, customs, or delivery.

The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract — without this being considered a breach — in the following cases:

• The Buyer provides incorrect billing or delivery information;

• The card issuer or card processor declines the transaction;

• The Buyer delays the agreed delivery date.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be shown separately at checkout.
