I. Product Returns

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing of their decision to withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product. The return shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.

This right is granted only if the products remain sealed.

Once unsealed, products cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons, as they are intended for personal use.

According to Article 14, paragraph (3) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, any items (other than those listed in Article 16 of OUG no. 34/2014) that have been unsealed and/or used by the Buyer and therefore cannot be resold by the Seller will be considered 100% depreciated.

However, if an unsealed product is found to be non-compliant, it may still be returned.

If the Buyer exercises their legal right to return a product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 daysfrom the return request, provided the returned items are received by the Seller.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless the Buyer requests another method.

The Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, as products may be returned via regular postal or courier services.
