How do you earn points?
You earn loyalty points with every product you purchase from the Glow Season online store. Points are automatically added to your account once your order is shipped.

What are the points worth?
For every 300 points, you receive 15 RON in credit, which you can use for future purchases. Each product displays the number of points you can earn.

How do you redeem points?
At checkout, simply select the option “Use loyalty points”. Points can be redeemed in multiples of 300 (300, 600, 900, etc.).

Where can you see your points?
Log in to your Glow Season account and go to “My Account” to view your accumulated points.

Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

• Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed for products available on glowseason.ro

• If you return an order, redeemed points will not be refunded, and points earned from that order will be deducted

• Points from unclaimed orders will be automatically cancelled

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued

• Glow Season reserves the right to modify the structure of the loyalty program at any time in the event of abuse or fraud
